Description

Device: Macbook Pro and PC
Browser: Chrome and Firefox
OS: Window 10 & mac OS

Steps to reproduce:
For any topic with over 1k views, the width is too small to fit the number before the overflow kicks in. Probably reasonable to expect some topics will get views in the 6-7 digits over time (particularly stickies)

Anything else to add:
It would probably be nice to change the "title" attribute to say "### Views" rather than just "View" so if the number does get large enough to be truncated, you can still hover over it and see the actual value
