Recipe: Caster Amulet, this item will always spawn with three fixed modifiers and 1-4 other random modifiers depending on the ilvl of the base item used in the recipe.

Caster Amulet crafted under the proper conditions can potentially spawn with 20% Faster Cast Rate alongside +20 to All Resistances and +2 to all skills for a particular class or +2 to a specific skill class tree. Such an amulet would be widely considered best-in-slot for many caster builds.

With the introduction of
Terror Zones, a level 90 character can get an amulet of ILvl 92 from any mob in the TZ and craft with that lvl 90 character for a ILvl 91 crafted amulet for earlier access to 2 to class skills instead of waiting till level 93 to guarantee gambling a high enough ILvl amulet.
