Caster Gloves have the problem that they require perfect amethyst to craft which most people use to craft Caster Amulet instead.
But a pair of these with nice modifiers (+2 skills, 20% IAS, resists and rolling +2-3 to mana after each kill) is a best-in-slot item for any javazon or elemental bowazon.

Caster Gloves can be very good if has at least +2 mana per kill and 20% attack speed. A traps assassin and an elemental bowzon can make good use with it.
