Description
With respects to the Tomb Reaver, an x3 socket roll, and merc to wield...what runes/jewels to socket? I mean I guess you can pretty much always use expensive 40/15s but there has to be some creativity available given the %60IAS automatically applied on the weapon?

I'd check IAS breakpoints. Maybe 2-3 Shaels would max it out? Or Amn for lifesteal could be decent. Some cheap options to start, at least.
