uber duriel with mirror blade warlock attempt 2.

Hi my kit is: Coven; Eth Champion Axe Death; Spirit shield; Fortitude armors; tri-res dual leech glove; Sandstorm Trek; high warlords amulet; misc fcr/res rings. no annilihus or Hellfire Torch. On swap I have a Malice and ancients pledge. Generic hephasto bound minion. My skill specification is levitate; echo strike; Blade Warp; mirror Blade (maxed). 1 into bind, the rest into the hex that causes explosions.

For uber Lilith I just killed all the additional monsters in the tower, hephasto tanked her I mirror bladed her with Malice every 3 seconds then kept hitting her with Death.

For Uber Izual I died to his frost shield trying to shoot him with echo strike for more dps. I respawned and tamed one of the whip guys and he tanked him. I did the same formula with Malice every 3 seconds and stab him with Death until deceased.

For Uber Duriel my hephasto keeps getting knocked back and Duriel will randomly swing at me, 3 shots and I'm dead. I died. I came back with some other bound minions and they all died very fast. I got a shenk and he tanked it without losing duriels aggression. However, shenks hp fell quite fast and there were probably 5 or 6 of the immune to physical bugs attacking him and I at the same time. I couldn't Engorge shenk or my replacement hephasto after shenk died, as all the bugs are physical immune and I couldn't get corpses to feed them. Damage wise with Death and Malice, I got Duriel to 3/4 hp before my bound minion kept losing too much hp.

I don't know if the desert Swarm bug uses a slow, as I kept getting slowed from the frozen Duriel aura. I don't know if the bugs are high damage per second to the bound warlock minion either, since they hit as hard as Duriel.

I tried to lure the bugs away from Duriel since they have different movement speeds. But, after clearing 20-30 insect swarms there were still 5-6 swarms beside Duriel.

I am not sure if I had a lister if he would have stayed alive long enough to let me crushing blow Duriel to Death. I don't know if I could have killed the bug swarms if hephasto would have survived Duriel alone.

Have you managed to kill Uber Duriel with a warlock?

The hephasto you get need to have "Cursed" attribute so it casts Amplify Damage and breaks any physical immunities. I would start there, without it, the class doesn't seem as OP. But my hephasto can tank all these bosses and take very little damage. Have you tried using the Sigil: Lethargy to slow all the bosses down by 50%?
