Weird thing for me was, I was trying to solo Diablo when it happened. Open the second seal and ...SURPRISE!
I've had Dclone appear in Chaos Sanctuary a few times but I always knew he would be there, and went looking for him. Surprise Dclones are okay if you happen to be playing a build that can kill him. This time I was!

As far as I remember, yes, it would have replaced Lilith. And prevented you from getting the organ - it hence is usually a bad idea to start a Ubers run with DClone at 5/6!

As far as I remember, yes, it would have replaced Lilith. And prevented you from getting the organ - it hence is usually a bad idea to start a Ubers run with DClone at 5/6!
The thing is Dclone did spawn while I was in the Matron's Den. Since for obvious reasons I missed the messages, I don't know if Dclone spawned before or after I killed Lilith. I searched to see if this has ever happened and I can't find a single instance where it has. I did come across one thread where someone claimed he knew of someone who claimed to have gotten both Diablo and Diablo Clone together in Chaos. He did by cleaning out the Sanctuary without spawning Diablo. This somehow resulted in Dclone replacing Hephesto. He then taunted Dclone to follow him all the way back to the Chaos Sanctuary and once he arrived he opened the last seal. I'm highly skeptical of this claim but I've been unable to find evidence to disprove it.
In theory DClone replaces first non-already-spawned super Unique.
In your case, Lilith was already spawned (lucky for you) so you got it at next super unique after killing Lilith.
In the one above I assume DClone would have been replacing Diablo if last seal had been spawned. Replacing him by Hephasto is smart, taunting him looks tedious but maybe it was to see if last seal pop auto-kills DClone if he was In Chaos Sanctuary ?

If Diablo Clone can Spawn while Baal is still sitting on his thrown, then it should be possible to TauntDiablo Clone from Hephesto's location all the way to the Chaos Sanctuary to meet his not so Uber original. Now who wants to try it?

Gonna be honest...I just tried...and gave up after like half an hour because it is just too damn annoying to do.
You can certainly spawn both, diablo and then DC at the forge. Matter of fact, that's where he'd end up anyways if he walks before spawning diablo but after seals as DC can't replace diablo so he still spawns himself. That's assuming you move on to forge afterwards of course, otherwise he'll just be whereever else you go.
Either way, kiting them both together is just dumb..not sure if there is a leash at some point but even without, getting either of them to move is soooo mindnumbingly annoying as their AI really just has them focused on spamming fire and lightning at you..ugh..couldn't be asked to continue. Got about half-way there and then couldn't take it anymore.

No your time Conversion is right. With the 22 days of Terror things are a little off. Whenever there is a Chaos, Tal Rahsa's, or WSK the time is pushed back and there is a back to back run of WSK at the above scheduled time and Chaos an hour after.
