Every time I login it's a guarantee to see at least a couple avatars with green shoppings bags on their head, holding a Monarch and probably a Flail or Crystal Sword.
Spirit Monarch I agree on though, as I noted in my reply to Valnerios. If not transmog, the game could use some more viable alternative bases.
EDIT: And while we're at it, I think they should increase max sockets on some elite helms too, so there's more rune word options on that side too - some helm bases are quite ugly, but I see no reason why Shako and Giant Conch can't have max 3 sockets. I would pick either over the existing 3 socket options in some cases
If all elite armor can have max sockets, then it doesn't seem unreasonable if all elite helms/shields did the same.
