The SOR fireball damage calculation is weird

Description
I have a SOR with Fireball lvl 29, firebolt lvl 10, Meteor lvl 10, Fire Mastery lvl 10. Base on my calculation, Fireball damage should be 345 x (1+0.14x10+0.14x10)x1.93=2530. But actually I only got 897 damage. Is this damage number correct or it is a bug?

Are your points into Meteor and Fire Mastery SOLID points? (no +skills)
