Yesterday I saw someone posted a pic of a -84 Latent Crack of the Heavens, and he was asking how come it wasn't -90.
Is this for online only? I've just upgraded multiple charms and they all have various different minus res rolls. I'm offline. See attached example.

I'm offline, too and I upgraded two Sunders so far, one Renewed Bone Break and one Renewed Cold Rupture. Both got perfect -resists (-10 and -70).

Ah, apparently I hadn't updated the bnet version of the game, just the steam version. Gets confusing when you use mods. Thx!
