You can socket it with any number of runes or jewels for attributes such as resists, it all depends on what you need and what you have available. Dont need any more res, so was thinking about a Perfect Topaz.
If you happen to find one, put a Cham in it. Cannot be frozen is so important on barb and its way harder to get elsewhere than resists. Also good secondary use as merc Helm.

I'm using a Cham in my Arreat's Face for the CBF. The Raven Frost I was using before was shattering so many corpses for my horker barbarian that I wanted to find another solution. And since that Cham was sitting idle in my stash for quite a while ...

Cham for CBF is really only a concern for a horking barb.
A "performance Frenzy" barb can stick to Raven instead and cash in on the AR boost on top. Socket is then used for Protector's Stone, obviously, as everything else should be runewords and hence can't hold it.

Kinda depends on the rest of your setup doesn't it? usually its 15ias/40dmg or the protectors Stone if everything else is rune words
