Can be used to make Runewords:
Just to help OP you can upload .zip files as an attachment, so put the .d2s files in a .zip and attach to your reply if you want the file hosted here 
Of course the usual disclaimer about being careful with files submitted by anyone for download applies!

Also, if you have classic D2, you can go on d2ga and grab your runeword over there without having to deal with hero editor or waiting for someone to do it for you
