I play non-ladder SC only, from EU but can trade in all regions
An old bug sometimes makes the Waypoint in this area to disappear.
Using the actual waypoint to enter seems to bring you close to an entrance.

If this game is private, maybe you can exit the game and enter with another char who has wp to Glacial Trail? And see where that would pop up?
Can trade on PC or SWITCH
I've noticed it in a couple of games lately where the waypoint wouldn't show up on the map even when you pass close by. I literally had to be standing right on top of it for it to show. Try rerunning the map and keep a close eye out and you will find it.
