Yes, he has it at lvl 86, I tried one with a CoT, Threachery, Grief and

Azurewrath. With this setup he cleans

Chaos Sanctuary pretty much alone without any problems, also did not die at cows.

Travincal could be a problem if there is one physical immune, but for the next run I will give him a Lawbringer for the decrep proc. I also plan to try him out at Übers, but mainly for

Baal, as the

Sanctuary Aura will hopefully keep the f*****g ghost away if he he does not die immediately

I hired this guy as soon as I hit A5 normal (ladder).
With a fairly cheap starting setup (Unbending Will

Phase Blade + Lawbringer

Crystal Sword,

Hawkmail for Cannot be Frozen) and empowered by

Fanaticism, he could already handle almost everything the game threw at him.
He stills gets occasionally wrecked by

Lister the Tormentor (stuns are his main weakness), Dclone or

Travincal but will mince everything else. Great merc.
