Monarch not dropping

hi, i need the Spirit

Monarch so bad for my build.
i'm running

Mausoleum and the pit the last 3 days for hours and hours in hell with zero mf. is the drop rate rly so low or am i just unlucky?
Are there better farming spots in act 2 maybe? this is my first ever character (blizzard sorc with

Meteor atm)

Have you tried cow level? I've got mine from there, and lot's of White bases which didn't rolled 4 sockets with the cube recipe...
I guess it's your best shot, but it has to be done in Hell dificulty I think

EDIT: I believe you haven't finished Hell yet, so you won't be able to do cow level. I remember getting one White base from The Pit, which is a good place to farm in general, located in the

Tamoe Highland from Act I.
The best way to get there is trough the

Outer Cloister waypoint. This video shows how to find it pretty quick:

add act 2 the stony tombs and the

Ancient Tunnels to your farming route.

The stony tombs is in the rocky wastes outside of act 2 town.

The

Ancient Tunnels is located in the

Lost City. its a trap door location just like the sewers in the act 2 town.

A great farming option for the sorc is also

Lower Kurast. Just walk around telekenisising all the clickables there. Probably will also find some runes too.

Also don’t turn down an ethereal

Monarch either! My first Spirit was in an

Eth

Monarch and it’s awesome, 10 less strength, +50% def and looks sweet! I still have it!

Eth ones are great on swap once you get cta for bo prebuffing.

I remember feeling like this too when I started, but you’ll eventually get to where you’ve got lots of Spirit monarchs, you’ll even get to the point where you won’t even pick up anything less than superior versions - hang in there

I found a video on youtube that suggested looking in the

Mausoleum back when I started. Waste of time, it will drop when it drops much like a lot of the items in D2R.

If you need a Spirit (in

Monarch base). I can give you one for free.

Whenever a new season starts and I need to find a

Monarch on my own, I set sail for hell Pits. (not TZ, as it already is a preset level)
Usually it takes me up to 15runs before I find one.

I found two 4os Monarchs in two separate Hell lvl runs killing Shenk. When I get lazy I like to do a few Eldritch and Shenk runs because it takes less than a minute.
