I guess you're right, but I think most people are more careful with their bidding once real money is involve (for place like ebay, amazon, ect..) but i can be wrong. Fake or not serious offers can still happen. I didn't know there was botting in traderie, thanks for the information. It's true that I don't have a lot of experience in the domain of online market in video game, but i'm guessing these type of moments can happen more often when there is more users using the say market.D2Veteran wrote: 8 hours ago
What you're describing are a people problem, not a Traderie problem. I've experienced all of what you described everywhere in every online game I've ever played. In fact, i would go as far as to say this is ubiquitous in online market places of any kind, ebay, local classifieds, etc.
Speaking on Traderie in specific, there is a lot of automation (botting) that goes on there, that could explain a lot of the erroneous offers you receive.
