Description

Hi all,

I have a question about
Lower Kurast
runs in single player which I am new to but thought I should try at least once in my life.

Rolled a map with 2 campfires. set players to 8 and open chests / armor weapon racks.

So apparently the armor / weapon racks have a high chance of producing the same bases. I got lucky, have been getting quite a few Sacred Targes out of mine. Got a White 44 res one which with
Larzuk
+ 4 p diamonds has been a massive upgrade for my uber smiter.

A guide on maxroll says that "If you are consistent with your routing, the Weapon and Armor Racks typically drop the same item base"

Trying to underatand what this means. Does this mean you need to try to do the same mouse clicks every time and open the chests/ racks in same order- so that you get the same bases?

Does your "route" somehow affect the "R"NG?

Appreciate any advice anyone can provide.

A number of things affect what will drop from weapon and armor racks, including but not limited to:

- The direction/quadrant from which you approach the racks.

- Your proximity to the racks.

- Types of enemies immediately near the racks.

- The number of enemies near the racks.

There are some other factors but those are the main ones. You can also manipulate racks by casting
Hydra
nearby which can possibly be helpful if you find a good map, but don't like the drops you are getting. It's also fun to note that the drops from two same-type racks which are very close together will change depending on which rack was popped first.

OP
Thanks,

That is really helpful!

Will experiment with you notes in mind and see if I can get some more good bases...
