Description

Hi all, hopefully this is allowed as I'm not asking for a PC but instead wanting to learn the ring point system. Tell me if this ring is 5+ points or not (level 48 Requirement, so it fits to MLD):

5% Life Stolen Per Hit (at least 1/2 point as I am not sure what the max is at level 48)
+6 to Strength out of 15 Possible = 1/2 point
+24 to Life out of 30 possible = 1 Point
11 All Res = 1 Point
27 Cold Res = 1 Point
20 Fire Res = 1 Point

Thanks all, I don't get this stupid point system.

On the Principle it's fine, though the point system is not intended for lld/mld as far as I remember - and it's nothing else than one tool, not an absolute rule.

Same as the Charsifood site: it's more to give an idea than an absolute reference.

Your ring is a fair one, but duellers care little about life leech.
It's still a decent ring, even if not crazy good.

I wrote a post on the framework - it depends on your orientation of PVM vs. PVP and Melee vs. Caster use-cases. There isn't exactly a singular point framework in that sense, but you can use it as a directional proxy to determine its weight. Would also recommend using D2CharsiFood if you haven't to get a sense of their scoring.

I took the liberty of running it for you - see below

Does d2charsifood take MLD values into equation? Thanks!

More or less, there isn't some magical MLD framework. LLD is easier as it needs to be <30 and a bit more straightforward. But if you use Charsifood, other resources, and the point framework it should give you a general idea if this is good for a caster or melee
