I'm a ladder (LADDER) character, read that in 2.4 you can create Insight in spears but when i tried (RalTirTalSol) i got the dirty business. Did i interpret the patch notes incorrectly? folks are making posts about making Insight in spears but when i tried it seemed to fail. Can anyone school me?

You're confusing runewords there.
Infinity can now be made in spears as well, not Insight.
Insight is now also available in bows though.
