Insight in Missile Weapon doens't work ?

I discovered from this site that Insight should work in missile weapons.

Any ideas why it didn't work ?

It will work when patch 2.4 officially drops, it works on the Public Test Realm currently. If you need an Insight polearm I might have a non

Eth spare somewhere.
