how to develop a Barb?

my necro is pretty decked out so want to try something else, I want to have a gold find bard later on but have to grow him first, got a bit lost on all kinds of build, what I want is dual weapon for later gold find, but before that, what's the best build to go through hell in terms of efficiency and gear independence (also he can be twinked), what weapon class to go to, I've heard

I really struggled with this so ended up glitch rushing through to Hell in public games and followed people around in hell Chaos p8 games gaining a few levels each run haha. Any build can do this

I think Barb is one of the hardest characters to play through though so be prepared for a challenge!
