For -20res griffon whats is better Cham rune or 5/5 facet? Gonna use it for light sorc with Infinity merc

It’s basically -5% light res vs cannot be frozen

Is CBF useful for sorc? No attack speed and you can port instead of run/walk.
Dont need Cannot be frozen. it doesnt effect cast speed and you dont run you tele
casters don't need cbf at all so just go with the facet.
I was sure it will affect spell cast
