Greatest MF value for each class

Just an exercise of curiosity:

What would be the greatest possible MF value for each class?

Just off the top of my head, I don't believe you get much higher than that, if at all.

Obviously not exactly great in terms of being an actual build but that wasn't the question
Survivability you can throw in just fine, simply by getting the missing res as the prefix on your mf charms. But dmg...ugh...
