Gamble amulet +3 skill tree and teleportation

I am looking for a magic amulet with +3 Summoning Skills (Druid) and

Teleport charges. I believe the affix combination would give a name like Keeper's Amulet of Teleportation.

Googling around, it seems like a viable thing to look for and it doesn't require high level character (the lvl requirement is 48 from a screenshot I found online).

That means I can gamble that, right? What's the optimal character level to roll one of those?

p.s. I have done a bit of homework before posting this, so I already have

Gheed's Fortune GC and

Edge Bow granting 30% discount. I also play with 3 different characters with high

Gold find bonus.

Keeper's prefix is affix level 60
of Teleportation suffix is affix level 48

That means that an amulet needs to be ilvl 60 or higher to be able to roll these 2 mods. Which means that the optimal level to try to gamble it is 65, since gamble ilvl range is [-5,+4].

Caster Amulet. I don't really mind the +2 vs +3 thing.

I've got mixed signals checking online because some people recommended a lvl 95+ char, which seemed overkill for this.

Summon thing does not need caster rate, any amulet is okay, caster is major craft , I think it should very cheap. And +2 all druid skill in some way is better than only +3. Need to see calculator see if you can get +1 monster.

Getting amulet is by gamble is not make sense. even if you get enough

Gold, that you might spend 10 hr sitting in aya's store...

About roll dice, internet info is make sense.

Because those between 65-95 rolls, it worth something. If you are lucky enough, you might get full cart of

I already have a build based on Enigma, and I didn't want yet another char depending on it.

I did the same with my dragondin. He can't use Enigma since he uses Dragon Armor. So I bought a +3 Offensive Aura with

Teleport charges Amulet off @fredkid (thanks man ) and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't always use it, but for annoying areas (Catacombs, Durance of Hate, etc) I'll throw it on. Big QoL improvement.

Skullder's Ire I found, so that's what the druid is wearing atm. It can 100% be replaced by Enigma, but what's the fun on that?

100% part of the game! Not every build has to be BiS. Build what ever makes you happy. Self found
