Forming grief (Non ladder character)

Hi,
I’ve finally able to form Grief rune word in preparation for d clone. It’s a ladder rune word, my char is non ladder. Do I need to play safe and transfer the runes and

Phase Blade to a ladder char to form the rune word?

Just make sure you don't transfer it to a harcore ladder so you wont lose it in case you die.

Ok in case this is not a joke post, you cannot transfer nl to ladder, and pretty aure Grief is old enough so that you can make it normally.

Yes you can roll Grief on NL, 100%. I have personally rolled MANY on NL.

Note: All of the rune words that were ladder-only back in LoD (before D2R) were made available on non-ladder and offline in D2R.

You have to be careful when referring to websites or other resources that were made for LoD - not all have been updated for D2R, so they might still say that some things are ladder-only whereas in D2R they are not anymore. LoD is still a very much playable game that anyone can go back to and play whenever, so the information on those older sites is still relevant for LoD - you just need to be careful when you're looking for information for D2R. Make sure you only use websites & resources that have been updated for D2R.

The only differences between non-ladder and ladder right now in D2R are the new rune words that were added for ladder season 3 of D2R (back in February 2023):
Mosaic, Metamorphosis, Hustle, Cure, Bulwark, Temper, Hearth and Ground.

Thanks for e heads up and much appreciated listing e detail rune words that’s not available to non-ladder.
I’ll definitely be careful for sure
