Does the baseitem defense reroll when im upping an item?
Like if i up my EthSkullder's Ire with f.e. 225 Base def +x% ed.
Is the defense on the Balrog Skin also the lowest possible roll (410 base def), or is it at complete rng and i can roll it up to maybe 517 (top) basedef?

afaik Uniques with +ed% always have highest base def, so skullders alwas has 243 (highest Russet Armor) and then the variation comes from 160-200%ed. When upping though, this does not apply and you can get a Balrog Skin with 410 base def.
