Playing my first high level D2R character going into Reign of the Warlock, I was around level 85 farming LK after watching a mr llama video, and found a warlock skiller with +37 life sold it for 10 Jah.
Just finished getting Enigma, Infinity, 105% fcr, Hellfire Torch, Annihilus, Gheeds, War Travelers, etc.
Guessing that was a super lucky break/item to get. What should I do now lol?

Realize that gearing process itself was the main goal/fun.
Start a new character and gear it up very fast.
Start a new character in different game mode to struggle again.

About to try some Chaos Sanctuary and ancient tunnel farming, then yeah thinking of starting something the opposite of the sorc. Yeah, Chaos is always fun. My favourite.
Sorc and Warlock best choices currently, but pick anything for fun.
Obv I oversimplified in previous post. Plenty of options for you.
- statue/ancients farming
- Key/torches farming
- dclone hunting
- optimizing end game gg gear with so many charms you no longer know what you're wearing
- socketing everything you can to tweak the build for (un)noticeable boosts of performance
- simultaneous quick farming in Baal games before hitting throne for waves
- joining multiplayer tz96 shard games
And many more!:)

Start a warlock and buy that charm back 
I sold a Lightning skiller with 38 life when I was still building Wealth in D2R, and though the payoff helped me immensely, I still miss it and wish I had it back. I have a Nova sorc now and would use the crap out of it haha. The one that got away!

The rune Wealth need to used / exchange to have power.
Maybe buy some pgms and use it as little money? this game usually done when you finish those thing you mention.
