The

Throne of Destruction is where you will first encounter

Baal, although he is untargetable and instead you are required to fight his minions.

Upon reaching the throne,

Baal will laugh and then spawn a special superunique from each Act in order from 1 to 5, along with assorted minions. These monsters only drop items as well as champion monsters would.

When all packs have been defeated, you can enter the

Worldstone Chamber itself to fight

Baal.

Hell: 4 - 5

A glitch can be performed to skip the monster waves by precisely stepping in and out of the throne room. This glitch is especially useful for Speedrunners.
