it's niche for bear sorc, basically but pretty darn good for that. Will bears be able to cast after 2.4 hits? If so that Circlet will skyrocket in value, otherwise the mana leech is kinda wasted. Someone who's played a dedicated bear sorc can answer better than me. Regardless, with uninterruptible bear in 2.4 this will be worth more in the future.
