Guys, does anyone know what the necromancer's Clay Golem ability affect on? In its skill description it says that it slow enemies. But, I don't understand what it exactly affect on: enemies' move speed or only ones' attack speed?

Both movement and attack speed.
Couple it with Decrepify for almost stationary enemies.

As I understand, the Clay Golem slows only those enemies these are near to it, am I right? Or only those ones these are hit by it?
