This seems like a pretty fantastic Circlet for a Zeal paladin but I don't know if certain other stats would be more desired. It doesn't have FRW but it has Teleport charges instead. Curious if this would go for a HR or several or not much of anything.

Teleport charges are only needed until you have Enigma, which "only" cost 2 HRs.
Without Teleport charges, the other stats are not good enough, since Harlequin Crest is so good. Only things like fcr, frw, and/or 2os can make a rare better.
But with Teleport charges, max light res, 19 str, and AR&ll on top, you can probably get 1~2 Ist for it.
