Need opinions on my build for a frost zeal paladin =)

I m taking the game slowly and i m at 87 at the beginning of the 3rd act.

I m using the classic frost

Zeal build.

I d like to have from you a feedback on my equip:

my attack rating is 6256/ 2w 8801

i have 1124 hp

i really like the monster fleeing cause it makes it possible to go in without fear onsters and Death ( oh my ) i managed to do one and i m very very happy with it.

any opinions ?

i know i should have already finished the game at my lvl but i m taking it very slow.

85% fire resistance
75% lightning resistance
85% frost resistance
22% poison resistance

my merch has

Prayer and is equipped with a ethereal tresher with Insight a Smoke and Cure.

This is not quite a meta build I'd say. It would be easy to throw out generic suggestions like Grief of HoZ but I guess that's not necessarily what you are looking for.
Are there specific things you are struggling with or would like to improve?

A nice paladin shield with all res and a rune word (Rhyme, pledge or even Spirit) could make some things easier without changing too much.

Are you using

Holy Shield? Then you could get away with fewer points in dex and increase your life a bit more.

actually i dont have much difficulty i chunk away a lot of hp from the monsters with crushing blow and deadly strike but i d like to improve on magic find and finding some good runes =)

You have a nice amount of CB making your char kill bosses more easily than monster masses. This lends him more to MF than runes.
Once you can do Diablo runs this would be a good option. A

Teleport staff on swap makes runs smooter.

Chance Guards would be nice option. Rhyme in a good all res shield gives a bit of mf and CNBF. Then if you find a nice armour with a e.g. life/sockets you could throw in a new topazes.
Charms always work as well.

I wouldn't try to go beyond 150ish MF with this type of build, or you have to

Sacrifice too much dmg/life/res.

If you switch the gloves you will loose a ton of AR - just want to mention it
What rings are you using?

Are you playing online or offline? If you play online I can give you a Gheeds to help with the MF and if you like some other maybe useful gear like a

Raven Frost ring, too.

no i m offline =( ye that's why i m keeping cleglaw's gloves exactly for the AR

but i ll do a new char online soon and i d like to find players to hang around with =)

1 ring is:

8 strenght

It turns out I have lots to say about this, because I played a lot of

Zeal early on in my diablo journey. As other people mentioned, you can make Rhyme for some MF. Rhyme also has CBF, so that opens up your armor slot for the runeword Wealth. With

Chance Guards that's almost 200 MF

Yes, you may lose some res and other stuff (or maybe not if you find a good shield base), but that's ok if you specifically farm somewhere like the pits in act 1--lots of weak monsters, very little elemental damage, and every item in the game can drop there

Switching to a pally shield is also going to save you a lot of points in dexterity, which will boost your life if you respec

For farming runes, you want to kill monsters efficiently on at least p3. I found several high runes farming the pits with my first

Zeal pally build

Adding more damage and more mobility will increase your efficiency at farming runes. The fastest way to do that would be to make Oath or Death in an ethereal weapon base. When you get a

Lo, you could switch to Grief. Those three options are the easiest to obtain endgame weapons--for example, if you made Death in an ethereal

Ettin Axe (or

War Spike, or

Berserker Axe), it would increase your per-hit damage by approximately 2-3x

For mobility,

Teleport is the main thing, for example a

Teleport staff. Using

Charge between monster packs also helps if you aren't already. Lastly, face of horror may help with your survival but it is also impairing your farming efficiency if you constantly have to chase (weak, mostly harmless) monsters in the pits around rather than have them cluster around you

you guys are right chagins those half dead monsters sometimes is very timeconsuming but as for now is the safest build i could get my hands on.

I also play offline and have a level 99 Zeal Pally.
It' s a little slow but fun to play if you have the right gear.

He can clear all zones on P8 and also done Ubers without problems (P1).

Yoooo nice to know =) i really like frost build for the slow on monsters' attack speed
