Can be used to make Runewords:
9 fcr only helps with 117 BP of CL sorc.
2 tree skills is only good for MLD (lvl 49/50). Light sorc doesn't need extra cr on amulet.
5 all stats from Mara's is better than 11 str and only slightly worse than 21 str.
I'd say 2nd is Charsi, first one might be sellable but not high value.
