Can be used to make Runewords:
While "fine" is the best prefix for max dmg + ar on small charms, on large and grand charms there's also "sharp" which is better. A perfect sharp grand charm has 10 max dmg and 76 ar. IMHO with only 4 max dmg it's charsifood.
I think you can fetch a Pul but I agree that it does not have much value.
