Fcr, perfect life leech,.high cold res.
Average min damage and AR, 6th affix missing.
It's a good ring; the combo FCR+LL is excellent. Other stats are less impressive though, you should still be able to catch around Lo to Ber in NL; a bit less if ladder

Just my opinion — for now the season has ended (in the economic part of the game), and there isn’t a big difference between ladder and non-ladder.
