I am not a regular Necro player, but this looks useful.
Superior
Unraveller Head
+3 to
Revive (Necromancer Only]
+1 to
Decrepify (Necromancer Only)
+1 to
Life Tap (Necromancer Only)
Increase Maximum Durability 12%
Socketed (2)
Guess it can be valuable if you can socket Splendor or Rhyme. What are your thoughts?

I would say no value. IMHO
Homunculus is a lot better and cheap. There are also other cheap options like
Trang-Oul's Wing to get -25% enemy psn res for
Poison Nova Necromancer or
Darkforce Spawn with +3 to poison and bone skills.
A useful base necromancer base for Splendor would be +3
Bone Spear + some other useful skills for a
Bone Spear necromancer or +3
Raise Skeleton and +3
Skeleton Mastery for a summoner.

Life Tap is actually completely useless to most necros, though valuable for other classes or party play.
