17fcr on an amulet is good enough to meet all the breakpoints for a light (Nova and lightning/Chain Lightning) sorc.
I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
I think Nova follows the standard fcr breakpoints (..., 63, 105, 200)
Just Lighting and Chain Lightning follow the "secondary fcr breakpoints" (..., 52, 63, 78, 117, ...)

Yes, I know that.
Nova = 20gloves + 30viper +20arach +25griff = 95fcr (standard self-wield Infinity setup which has very low FCR from gear) -- So 17fcr on the amulet would give you 112 FCR. Which is enough to meet the 105 requirement.
Lightning/Chain Lightning = 20gloves +20arach + 35spirit + 25griff = 100fcr (build with very low FCR from gear - you can easily gear this build to not need FCR from the amulet at all) -- So 17fcr on the amulet would give you 117 FCR. Which is enough to meet the 117 requirement.
So yes, 117 on the amulet is enough to meet the FCR requirements on both the builds. I don't understand the point of your post, what are you getting at?

The way I read I minsunderstood that you were considering that breakpoint from Nova end with 7 too...
But the point was that Nova sorceress just need 10 fcr from rings/amulets

Ahhh yes! No worries man! I was confused since it seemed like you were saying the same thing I meant but implying I was incorrect with something. But yes, I was simply trying to say that the 17fcr from the amulet is enough to meet the FCR reqs for both builds, the it.being more than enough for the Nova build

There is also a fire sorc build with PhoenixMonarch which benefits from 15 fcr on the amu.
Obviously, 20 fcr would be the most desired roll, providing even more flexibility (200fcr builds or 105 fcr build without viper) but 17 is sufficient for many builds.
