I had something like this with The Ancients on Hell.
The one immune to fire I killed with a staff with some lighting spell from a vendor. It had so small damage that it took two hours to take him down.

This one is extra fast, but was it dangerously fast? A bunch of +175 to poison damage large charms and/or +100 to poison damage small charms that should be possible to acquire and keep around without breaking a bank account would help. Add to it a busted roll +1 to bow skills 5 open sockets Grand Matron Bow socketed with 5 perfect emeralds, and that super unique doesn't stand a chance for a long time survival.
Ya this was my newly rolled ladder to non ladder. I figured I'd finish her journey through hell. This little guy didn't bother me, I usually just run through the Lost City not killing anything anyways
