Can be used to make Runewords:
Very high. 30/10 tri res with good rolls and the 3 best res and a bit of dex on top, even if that last roll is not great.
Many top runes, but don't know how much - wait for a second advice for more details.

I paid 20 Jah recently for 30FRW, 32 Cold res, 40 light res, 36 fire res, 4 replenish life if that helps at all. More res, but no FHR. I would think yours are less than mine, but people do love FHR
