Does this hold any Value? Heard Tele on Helms are Rare and sought after but Overall looks like Charsi Food. Was nice using leveling up my Druid but time has come to part ways

I would always prefer Jalal's Mane and Teleport staff on swap. IMHO no value.
Agreed, even if practical to level up it has no trading value.
