Hmmm, interested. Usually 2/20 IAS are more looked after, but as with next hit delay IAS is less looked after they probably are really nice on ladder (and only there, Mosaic sins do not exist in NL).
Hard to say. My bet would be around Ohm-Lo-Sur but please wait for another piece of advice.
