2/10 and only on summoning with some decent res and a bit of Rep. Not terrific, not terrible.
Except if it's below level 30, then it's very nice for LLD.
Above 30 -> about an Ist, more or less.
Below or equal 30 -> Probably more, wait for a second advice.

@necrarch I've no idea about lld or pvp in general but I would be surprised if summoning is a useful build for that.
