He is Extra Fast, Magic Resistant and Immune to Fire and Cold. None of these traits are displayed in-game.
Pandemonium Diablo (found in Uber Tristram at culmination of Pandemonium Event) is not to be confused with Über Diablo (summoned with Stone of Jordan)!

Paradoxically for the game name, he is probably the easiest of the 3 Uber bosses, as he is a stronger version of Diablo Clone but has nothing else special, compared to Über Baal that can be really annoying with his TP, quickness, double and even worse Über Mephisto with his Conviction Aura.
