Assassin : no IAS does not help, double leech is cool but there are other ways to get it. No trading value for me (but you can use it to level up).
Javazon : 2/20, with some Dex is not bad, but the 1 strength and 7 lr are almost negligible, not to mention ED.
I'll let someone else comment, but will not go crazy high.
