This could be a fun weapon to use on an Elemental + Shape Shifting hybrid Druid ever since patch 2.4 made
Hurricane usable in form: the damage-granting synergies for
Twister happen to be
Tornado (also one of
Hurricane's synergies) and
Hurricane itself.

With that said, it's lacking the Faster Cast Rate and gigantic bonus to Elemental skills its Fire sibling —
Earth Shifter — provides, only having higher Increased Attack Speed and Crushing Blow over it.
