season 2 end date?

Just retracing from the patch log:

S1: Apr 29th
S2: Oct 7th

Assuming about the same duration for S2 as for S1, that'd have us moving into S3 on or around March 17th. No official announcements on it though and those are bound to still be a while.
(Euro/Asia dates..Americas would be 1 calendar day earlier across the board)

Either way...tons of time left and nothing to do. Seasons are long AF.


They did note S1 did take longer than was intended so maybe S3 will come sooner. Or maybe (more likely), they'll just make the same excuse again with S3.

I vaguely remember a statement mentioning that seasons were intended to last about 4 months, maybe I'm mistaken though. In any case even this timeframe is excessive, like Schnorki said there's nothing to do already so...

Yup, intended to last 4 months, completely up to Blizz if they decide to stick to that schedule. I think 3 months would be better to keep things from getting boring, but what do I know...
