Arguably even better weapon is a "6/40" (+6 javelin skills, +40% IAS) magic Amazon javelin.

Upping Titan's Revenge to a Matriarchal Javalin, or using an Ethereal version, or both, does not increase the damage of the lightning Bolts released by the Lightning Fury spell itself. The real benefit of using Ethereal and/or upp'd is the increase in physical damage (which is negligible in the over damage of the attack), but increases the life and mana leech.

While not necessarily the most powerful vector for Charged Strike or Lightning Fury, it is more than sufficient to clear any of the game's content while providing a litany of excellent quality of life improvements.

Life Stolen per Hit, Faster Run/Walk, hefty bonuses to Strength and Dexterity, a speedy Replenishes Quantity, and a 50% Increased Stack Size all significantly contribute to smoother, lower-stress gameplay than higher-damage alternatives.
