Just chiming in here as a reminder to everyone else with regards to this - the correct way to make a report is through the official reporting tool (the icon with the flag you seen on their posts), or a direct PM to a moderator.

That way we can deal with things privately if appropriate, and keep the accused's identity hidden. Never publicly make an accusation with identifying information.
