Description
My Hammerdin maxed all the damage increasing skills. What now? Should I invest more into Holy Shield? I am miles away from max block... or into the Resist Auras for a couple of Max Resist points? What are your thoughts?

IMO Holy Shield, and add some dex also. I also like Sanctuary Aura
I think investing the remaining points in HS is the best idea, but some other options could be Holy Bolt for faster Baal wave 2 clear, or maybe 1 point into Fanat with a proper weapon for Smite. And 1 point in Redemption if you didn't have that already.
There are some auras option, but as a hammerdin I've never found myself wanting to swap from Concentration to anything else.
I just put all in Holy Shield.
(Also I have another paladin for smiting purposes, but if you don't have one, you might make this one a bit of a smiter, with stuff like Fanaticism).

Points in Resist Lightning aura for max lightning resist bonus (passive), Can avoid os on souls 
I put 1 point into Redemption and set the wheel of my mouse to swap between that and Concentration for quick healing. Put enough pts into Holy Shield to reach max block (does your shield have high block %?). After that I put points into Resist Lightning to increase the max resistance.
What Cha and Azer said. Max out Resist Lightning for the passive max 10% light res.
Ok, interesting ideas. I have Redemption and use it all the time. I have no smiter (yet) and like the Fanaticism / Smite idea. But I have no Grief and I doubt it will be effective. My shield has only 55% block, so I will put some points into Holy Shield and Dex until I approach max block. If I have points left after that I will put them into Resist Lightning. Can always respec once I find Herald Of Zakarum. Thanks for all the input.
Holy Shield, Charge (cheap mans tele), and the underrated Redemption.
Switch on Redemption to fill up health and mana relatively quickly in lieu of using pots.
