Headstriker interacts strangely with the the damage calculation of the

Bash variant of the Barbarian mercenary. While using a 1-handed Sword,

Bash Barbarians double the base damage of the weapon (to bring their damage more in line with 2-handed options). However, in a rather peculiar twist, they also deal triple the listed +minimum and +maximum damage of their weapons. Between this additional increased maximum damage and the guaranteed Critical Strikes offered by this weapon, it performs far better in a

Bash Barbarian's hands than would be apparent upon first inspection.
