Grim Scythe

I found a

Grim Scythe a few days ago with 4 sockets. I made “ Insight” out of it and tried to give it to my merc… stats said lvl 27, str 140, dex 140. Said “ I cannot use this yet…. He met all stats. He is lvl 67 …. So l thought i will give it to my Barb for

Whirlwind build… same thing. He is lvl 34 with correct str and dex. Anyone know what’s going on? What’s the point of finding a decent weapon if it’s not equipable.

You or your merc probably reach the min stat requirement due to +dex or strength bonus on your equipped weapons. So if you remove your weapons you cannot equip the

Grim Scythe.
